Before joining Le Pain Quotidien, Menno had a five-year tenure as Group General Manager at MasterCard. Prior to this role, he held a dual CFO and COO role for UBS, was board member for the Belgian Banking Federation and held a number of global positions in FMCG and luxury retail environments.
Menno’s management methodology is based on pragmatism, 'un-reason’-ability and a strong focus on strategic differentiation and creativity. The machine-first philosophy having proven its ineffectiveness he is a firm believer and advocate for people-first approaches.
